Meet Jeff

LeadGenesys is founded by Jeff Kostermans, a marketing automation pioneer, who fostered an early appreciation for efficient demand generation into a passion for driving full funnel revenue.  Blending response and data modeling agency experience with hands-on client side work at both Fortune 500 companies and early stage startups, Jeff knows what world class revenue marketing looks like and how to quickly and efficiently get there.  

Meet Jeff

LeadGenesys is founded by Jeff Kostermans, a marketing automation pioneer, who fostered an early appreciation for efficient demand generation into a passion for driving full funnel revenue.  Blending response and data modeling agency experience with hands-on client side work at both Fortune 500 companies and early stage startups, Jeff knows what world class revenue marketing looks like and how to quickly and efficiently get there.  

A former Army Psychological Operations Major, Jeff applies his advanced training in target audience analysis, segmentation, and the creation of compelling messaging, to campaigns that tap into the emotions, beliefs, and values of potential customers to drive engagement and conversion.   Combined with decades of deploying data-driven ABM and PLG strategies, he is an expert at helping you quickly transform your funnel into one that is truly predictive and transparent.

A UC Berkeley graduate, Jeff enjoys giving back as a workshop instructor and advisor to UC Berkeley’s Skydeck incubator.  In addition to helping companies boost revenue, he also serves as a mentor to the Honor Foundation, helping special operations men and women transition to leadership positions in the private sector.

When not driving explosive growth at firms like Databricks, advising lean startups, or helping veterans, Jeff spends time with his family and friends enjoying San Francisco and the Silicon Valley.
