The GTM Second Brain

Your AI employees are only as good as what they remember.

The GTM Second Brain is the shared memory your AI growth teams work from. It holds your story, buyers, offers, competitors and approved proof in one place you own. When something changes, the brain tells you where else it needs to change, so every team keeps working from the current version.

Built in your Google Drive. Live in two weeks.

Why a second brain

Storing files isn’t the same as remembering.

AI employees don’t carry context between conversations unless you give it to them. Most companies try to solve that with a shared drive or by uploading files to a chat tool. It works for a few weeks. Then the business changes, and the AI keeps working from what used to be true.

Copies go stale the moment you change the original.A file uploaded to a chat tool is a snapshot. Update your pricing in Drive and the uploaded copy keeps the old price.

One change touches many documents.A new offer, a new competitor or a sharper narrative affects proposals, battlecards, emails and web copy. Nobody remembers all of them.

Maintenance is the part everyone skips.Folders fill with drafts, duplicates and “final_v3” files. The AI can’t tell which one is true, so it guesses.

Twelve versions of the truth. Your AI employees have to pick one.

How it fits

Your story goes in first. Your teams work from it.

The brain is the layer between your narrative and the AI employees who use it. The Narrative Control Kit sets the story, the brain keeps it current and in one place, and every team reads from it and writes back to it.

Step 1 · Required foundation

Narrative Control Kit

Your positioning, buyers, message angles and Narrative Brief. It’s the first thing we file in the brain.

Step 2 · Shared memory

GTM Second Brain

One source of truth in your Google Drive: your story, buyers, offers, competitors, voice and approved proof, connected to up to 10 of your go-to-market tools.

Step 3 · Coordinated execution

Your AI growth teams

Every employee reads from the brain before it works and files what it learns afterward.

Already have a working GTM brain? The GTM Second Brain is optional. If your team already keeps a current, well-structured knowledge base, we can connect your AI employees to it instead.

What’s different

Most second brains are built for a person. This one is built for a workforce.

A typical second brain is a well-organized notebook for one person, or a search box over company files. The GTM Second Brain is built for AI employees that write, sell and report every day, and it is designed to stay accurate while they do.

Organized around your AI teams

Each team gets its own space, and each employee has a role, skills, knowledge and a work log. Everyone knows where to read and where to write.

Typical: folders organized by whoever set them up.

One copy, many pointers

Every document has one owner and a permanent ID. Other documents point to it instead of copying it, so a change is made once and nothing drifts.

Typical: the same facts pasted into ten files.

It audits itself every week

A Monday report flags stale drafts, duplicates, broken naming and documents that need to catch up with a change, grouped as Fix now, Fix soon and FYI, each with the exact fix.

Typical: nobody notices until the AI says something wrong.

Every change leaves a trail

Each edit raises the version number and adds a change-log line. Old versions are archived, never deleted, so you can always see what changed and why.

Typical: “final_v3” and no idea what changed.

Drafts aren’t trusted

Documents move from Draft to Active to Archived. AI employees work from Active documents only, and claims are tagged Confirmed, Assumption or Client to confirm, so unapproved proof stays out of your marketing.

Typical: the AI treats a brainstorm like a decision.

It lives in your Google Drive

The brain is plain documents in your own Drive. You own the content, there’s no separate platform to log into, and nothing is locked inside a chat tool’s memory.

Typical: your knowledge locked inside a vendor’s platform.

The honest comparison

“I already have Notion or Google Drive.” “Can’t I just upload files to ChatGPT?”

You can, and both are good places to keep files. The difference is what happens after week three, when your offer, your competitors or your story change.

Why $3,500

What the alternatives cost.

Second brains and AI knowledge bases are sold in very different ways. Here’s what we found when we looked at the options a growing B2B company would usually consider.

Notion workspace built by a consultant$7,500–$25,000Typical range for a custom build with training. Basic builds start lower and take two to four weeks. Not designed around AI employees.
Done-for-you AI second brain from an AI agencyAbout $5,000 + monthly careSetup fees around €4,900 are common, often with a monthly care plan around €900.

After setup

Keep it current yourself, or let your Operations team do it.

A brain is only valuable while it’s accurate. You choose who keeps it that way.

Recommended

With the Operations team

Your Operations team includes a Second Brain Controller, an AI employee whose job is to keep the brain working for every other employee. LeadGenesys maintains the brain for as long as you subscribe to Operations.

  • Audit findings are worked through for you, with your approval on anything that matters
  • When an offer, competitor or narrative changes, the documents that depend on it are brought up to date
  • SOPs, prompts and skills stay mirrored in your Drive, so you always have a full backup
One-time setup

On your own

Without the Operations team, the GTM Second Brain is a one-time setup. You keep everything we built, and your team handles the upkeep. LeadGenesys does not maintain it.

  • The Second Brain Reference Sheet shows your team how it’s organized and how to maintain it
  • The filing skill and the weekly audit stay in your account
  • You can add the Operations team later

Running in our own business first

We run LeadGenesys on the same brain.

Before offering it to clients, we built our own. These parts are working in the LeadGenesys brain today:

  • The weekly auditEvery Monday, with the fixes listed.
  • Version controlVersions, change logs and an archive on every document.
  • AI employees reading and writingEmployees work from the brain and file back to it.
  • The filing skillDecisions get saved in the right place, with approval.
The brain has already caught several cases where we changed a product, a price or part of our narrative, and older documents still said something different. What we’ve seen in our own brain so far

Questions

Before you start

Do I need the GTM Second Brain to hire AI teams?

Your teams need a brain to work from, but it doesn’t have to be ours. If you already keep a current, well-organized knowledge base, we can connect your teams to it. Most companies we talk to have tried to keep one going and found the upkeep is the hard part.

Isn’t the Second Brain Controller the same thing?

No. The setup builds the brain: the structure, standards, connections, filing skill and audit. The Second Brain Controller is an AI employee on the Operations team who works with the brain once it exists, keeping it accurate for the rest of your teams.

Which tools count toward the 10 connections?

Any go-to-market tool with an existing Claude connector, such as your CRM, email, calendar or project tools. We confirm the list with you during scoping. Tools that need a custom-built connection, or have no API, are quoted separately.

Why not just upload our files to ChatGPT or Claude?

Uploaded files are copies. The moment you change the original, the AI is working from an outdated version, and nothing tells you. The GTM Second Brain keeps one master copy of each document in your Drive, and the weekly audit tells you what needs to catch up.

Who owns the brain?

You own everything in it. It lives in your Google Drive as ordinary documents. LeadGenesys owns the method and templates we use to build it, and you keep a permanent license to use them in your brain.

How long does setup take?

Two weeks from kickoff, once your Narrative Control Kit is complete and we have access to the tools being connected.

What happens if we stop working with LeadGenesys?

The brain stays in your Drive. You keep the documents, the standards and the Reference Sheet. Maintenance by LeadGenesys ends when the Operations team subscription ends.

Give your AI employees a memory they can trust.

Every LeadGenesys engagement starts with the Narrative Control Kit. It’s the first thing that goes into your brain, and the story every team works from.
